Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts across our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors, customers, and partners.
  • Ensure contracts align with our policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
  • Identify potential risks and propose modifications before execution.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of all active and archived contracts.
  • Track contract lifecycle from creation to renewal or closure.
  • Monitor contract performance, compliance, and obligations of all parties.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, procurement, legal, finance, HR, and project teams to facilitate timely contract execution.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal teams regarding contract queries.
  • Support and Analysis: Provide contract summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Identify potential risks in contracts and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support audits and compliance checks related to contractual obligations.
