Global Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Contract Specialist.
This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to account executives, including deal structure questions, quote support, contract support, ACV calculations, and ensuring quotes comply with revenue company policy.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with sales, Rev Recognition, and Legal teams on contract issues and provide suggestions and assistance for contract negotiation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing internal support and guidance for account executives.
- Working with sales, Rev Recognition, and Legal teams on contract issues.
- Creating and modifying quotes as required.
- E nsuring compliance with all company policies and SOX requirements.
- Training sales teams and facilitating cross-training among the team.
- Contributing ideas and innovations to improve existing systems, processes, and procedures.
- Creating and updating internal departmental policies.
- Participating in projects involving technical and financial concepts.
- Reviewing submitted contracts and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Sales Order Acceptance policy.
- Working with sales and collections to assist resolution of customer billing investigations and disputes.
- Sharing best practices with team members to enhance quality and efficiency of support.
