Global Contract Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Management professional to lead our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction to contract teams, ensuring timely and high-quality contract drafts aligned with enterprise standards.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve CLM workflows, team operations, and technology solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of contracting services, ensuring adherence to performance metrics and operational excellence.
- Escalate complex contracting risks and issues to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- JD-equivalent degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of managing global legal teams, emphasis on contracting work.
- Experience managing Icertis or similar CLM tools.
- Proven ability to lead global contracting teams and effectively communicate risks with executive leaders.
