Contract Lifecycle Management Senior Manager Position

About this role:

The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Senior Manager will lead a high-performing team to simplify, digitize, and standardize contracting across the enterprise.

  • Drive quality assurance and implement process improvements to enhance contracting efficiency.
  • Guide a team of Contract Managers to mitigate legal risk and deliver consistent support to the organization.
  • Provide strategic guidance on contract drafts and lead initiatives to improve workflows and technology solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A JD-equivalent degree (e.g., LLB).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience managing global legal teams with an emphasis on contracting work.
  • Experience managing Icertis or similar Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.
