Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader with strong expertise in program management and Salesforce contract solution gap analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale delivery recoveries, transforming troubled engagements into success stories. This role demands exceptional governance, stakeholder management, and program turnaround capabilities across diverse industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery recovery efforts end-to-end: issue identification, impact assessment, recovery planning, and execution.
  • Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks (Agile, SAFe, TDLC).
  • Re-baseline delivery plans, mitigate risks, and realign commitments with client expectations.
  • Restore stakeholder trust through structured communications and governance routines.
  • Drive KPIs for delivery excellence: SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, and budget compliance.
  • Execute Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery and financial realignment strategies.
  • Conduct contract solution gap analysis with Salesforce platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with InfoSec, audits, and quality gates.
  • Mentor and manage delivery teams, ensuring workforce readiness and knowledge transition.
  • Provide thought leadership in program recovery, agile adoption, and continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Exposure to GenAI technologies.
  • AMS end-to-end recovery experience.
  • Cross-domain expertise in Finance, HR, SCM, or Customer Experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication & trust-building.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management mindset.
  • Ability to influence executive leadership and lead steering committees.
  • Team coaching, mentoring, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • 16–20 years of program and delivery management experience.
  • Proven expertise in delivery recovery/turnaround for large programs.
  • Hands-on Salesforce Contract Solution Gap Analysis experience.
  • Strong commercial management and contract structuring knowledge.
  • Certifications: PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Salesforce platform certifications. (preferred)
  • Industry exposure in Health, Products, Communications, Media, Technology, Resources, Utilities, Financial Services, or Life Sciences.
