Job Title: Centre Head

We are seeking an exceptional Centre Head to lead and oversee our dedicated team, drive growth and development, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

About the Role:

  • Leadership & Team Management: As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a dedicated team, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative work culture that promotes teamwork and encourages open communication.
  • Operational Oversight: You will manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery. This includes monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth: You will develop and implement strategic goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving growth and development through innovative thinking and strategic planning.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: As the Centre Head, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement. You will communicate effectively, address concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: You will oversee the centre's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and financial performance. You will make informed decisions about resource allocation, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Quality Assurance: You will monitor service quality, ensuring high standards are maintained and areas for improvement are addressed. You will implement quality control measures, conduct regular audits, and gather feedback from customers and staff.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage health, safety, and security risks effectively. You will stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, implement necessary policies, and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management, including experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
