Graduate Program Leadership Position

The Graduate Program Director offers strategic and operational leadership to ensure the excellence and coherence of all postgraduate business programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive vision for graduate program portfolios.
  • Oversee recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, course development, and curriculum planning.
  • Provide collaborative support to academic leaders.
  • Drive data-driven insights on enrollment trends and program effectiveness.
  • Initiate and manage student mentorship initiatives.
  • Serve as a key member of the school's leadership team and contribute to university committees.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ph.D. in Management or Economics from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in graduate program administration.
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
