Lead Academic Program Manager - Graduate Programs

The Lead Academic Program Manager for Graduate Programs plays a pivotal role in ensuring academic excellence and strategic alignment of postgraduate business programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for graduate program portfolios, encompassing student academic journeys from admissions to graduation.
  • Oversee recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, course planning, and provide operational support to Program Leads, while aligning with institutional strategy and accreditation standards.
  • Leads data analytics efforts on enrollment and program effectiveness, and initiates student mentoring programs.
  • Serves on school leadership and university committees, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD in Management or Economics is essential.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in graduate program administration, with proven leadership skills and expertise in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are paramount.
