The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the property, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies, and driving revenue growth. This individual will work closely with various departments to develop and implement effective plans, leveraging industry trends and competitor analysis to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with Marriott's global plan.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, optimize revenue management, and enhance guest experiences.
- Analyze business data to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring the property operates within budgetary guidelines and achieves profit margin goals.
Requirements and QualificationsEducation and Experience
- 8 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional areas.
- Ability to leverage progressive career growth and demonstrate exceptional performance in the hospitality industry.
- General Manager experience in limited or full-service properties.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees, owners, and stakeholders.
