About This RoleWe are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Prepare and manage departmental budgets to ensure operational costs are within allocated limits.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate records of operating equipment, linen, crockery, and glassware inventories.
- Financial Reporting: Compile and analyze monthly P&L reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Participate in management meetings to review progress towards business objectives and share insights with the team.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for areas of responsibility.
- 98 well-appointed guest rooms.
- 74-cover all-day dining restaurant.
- 31-cover bar and lounge.
- 142 sqm of meeting space.
Conduct regular quality control inspections of hotel areas and provide feedback to the team.
