Assistant Manager Job Description
The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our department. As a key member of the management team, your primary responsibility will be to support the Bar Manager and Outlet Manager in overseeing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations at the outlet, guaranteeing exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Manage financials, including budgeting and forecasting, to drive the financial success of the outlet.
  • Implement Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards while maintaining employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Essential Qualifications
  • A relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
