Accounting Generalist

We're seeking a versatile professional with strong accounting and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Compile daily records and financial reports for the company.
    • Process monthly invoicing, payment tracking, and client coordination.
    • Create quotes for projects in collaboration with management.
    • Manage subscriptions, payments, and record maintenance.
    • Oversee internal financial systems.
  • Client Liaison & Communication:
    • Craft client onboarding processes, KYC protocols, and system setup procedures.
    • Set up and manage client drives, access, and folders.
    • Configure internal and external communication platforms.
  • Tech-admin Support:
    • Implement and run internal software applications.
    • Streamline technology adoption across levels, including calendar management, meetings, and process optimization.
    • Enter data and maintain internal databases, company records, and accounts.
  • Compliance & Coordination:
    • Submit accounting records to relevant authorities for tax compliance and regulatory filings.
    • Ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policies.
    • Collaborate with professionals for statutory submissions.
  • Employee Development:
    • Maintain training programs for onboarding and skill enhancement.
    • Support recruitment, upskilling, and performance evaluations.
