This role involves developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Identify and understand client needs to offer tailored solutions and services.
- Manage client interactions, including regular follow-ups and meetings to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand the existing client base.
- Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and trends to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
