  • Responsibilities: ">

    • Generate insurance business through HDFC Bank walk-in customers and leads generated by branch staff">
    • Required to generate business only for the assigned branch in the assigned geography through new or old customers">
    • Provide support to branch profitability by selling ABSLI Insurance products through different acquisition channels in the catchment area">
    • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned">
    • Resolve customer complaints within specific TAT">
    • Deliver quality customer service">
    • Penetrate life insurance to existing and new customers">
    • Build strong professional relationships with branch managers and employees">
    • Built relationships with Banca partners in an open architecture scenario">

    • Handle bank customers' requirements with best services and products">
    • Maintain knowledge of insurance and banking products">
    • Manage relationships at all levels to achieve desired outcomes">
    • Communicate product changes, process changes, and rule changes with Banca partners">
    • Support sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance, and complaint handling">
