
Senior Business Development Executive

The incumbent will devise and execute sales strategies for achieving business objectives of the sales unit. He/She must lead, motivate and train the partner to optimize sales performance.
- Formulate clear objectives to achieve agreed sales targets for partners.
- Help partners generate and track leads, close sales.
- Assist partners in upselling and cross-selling to customers based on need analysis.
- Maintain ongoing training for partners to ensure a productive channel at all times.
- Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction with the selling process and products.
- Review Sales plans of the partner and support their growth.
The candidate will be part of Kotak Life Insurance’s payroll and sit in a Bank environment.
