We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. If you have a solid background in the BFSI industry and a knack for driving sales, this is a great opportunity. Roles and Responsibilities

- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new business opportunities and strategically expand existing customer relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to collectively drive business growth.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis and monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Experience: Deliver excellent customer service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulatory landscape.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Preferred Background: Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is a plus.
