Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable Voice over Internet Protocol systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, call quality, and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills, along with ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Estimate the effort required to develop and implement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies & best practices in Voice Communications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing Voice over Internet Protocol infrastructure. You should possess strong programming skills in either C or Golang and proven experience in planning and executing scalable, secure, and resilient voice infrastructure.
