Key Responsibilities:
  • Voice Communication Infrastructure Development: Design, deploy, and manage scalable VoIP systems to support organizational needs.
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP network performance, call quality, and connectivity issues.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills along with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Documentation and Process Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Effort Estimation: Estimate the effort required to develop and implement.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies & best practices in VoIP domain.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing VoIP infrastructure. You should possess strong programming skills in either C or Golang and proven experience in planning and executing scalable, secure, and resilient voice infrastructure.
