Role: AI Automation Builder
We're looking for a hands-on AI Automation Builder to join our core team. You'll work at the intersection of AI, automation, and business ops — building voice agents, setting up automation flows, and integrating tools that save clients hours of manual work every day.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI platforms like OpenAI, Cohere, or Anthropic.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code/no-code tools (bonus if you've worked with CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive).
- Solid logic, problem-solving, and attention to detail — you love making systems work smoothly.
- Good communication skills — you'll be collaborating closely with clients and internal team members.
- (Bonus) Some exposure to tools like Voiceflow, LangChain, Pinecone, or vector database workflows.
Nice-to-Have
- Python knowledge for writing custom scripts and backend logic.
- Experience with voice recognition or conversational AI systems.
- Previous freelance/agency/startup experience where you wore multiple hats.
