Help Shape How AI Supports Real Work

We're looking for a developer who knows how to turn prompts into action. AI Tooling Developing with Prompt-to-Workflow Applications, Internal Systems & Automation

This role focuses on building tools that help our teams work smarter—translating plain-language requests into usable outputs like structured data, formatted spreadsheets, decision support logic, or simple process automations.

You'll work on fast, targeted applications that make generative AI practical for workplace strategy, design, engineering, and delivery teams.

What You'll Work On

  • Converting prompts into structured outputs such as JSON, Excel sheets, or layout specs
  • Supporting internal teams with utilities that assist with AV planning, space data, project workflows, or logic-based automations
  • Building lightweight tools that connect AI output to real work—in formats that help people move faster and stay aligned
  • Developing bridge layers between prompt-based logic and workplace-specific tools or templates

What You Bring

  • Experience creating tools that are actually used, even if they're simple
  • Comfort working from loosely defined goals and shaping them into clear results
  • An understanding of structured logic, scripting, and lightweight automation
  • A strong interest in how generative AI is changing how we build
  • Flexibility to choose the right approach—code, prompt, or system—based on the task

Technologies You May Use

  • Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting tools
  • OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector search libraries
  • JSON, YAML, Excel scripting, Google Sheets
  • REST APIs and lightweight automation tools
  • AI-assisted coding or low-code tools, if they help you move faster
