Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative individual to join our team as a Prompt Engineer. This role involves designing, testing, and refining prompts that drive real customer value across our AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft high-quality prompts for performance, accuracy, tone, and usability
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship LLM-driven features
  • Build libraries of reusable prompt templates and interaction patterns
  • Run prompt experiments and analyze model responses for quality and edge-case handling
  • Stay current on prompting techniques, OpenAI updates, and industry best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong writing skills with an eye for precision, clarity, and tone
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompting concepts
  • Experience with Python, APIs, or tools like LangChain (bonus but not required)
  • Product-minded thinking with the ability to balance user needs and model behavior
  • Curiosity, iteration, and attention to detail
