About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team in developing innovative AI tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing AI prompts and workflows to enhance our FinTech applications.

This role involves creating prompt templates, integrating LLM capabilities, testing model outputs, and developing AI-driven features for financial applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and optimizing prompts for large language models (LLMs) to support FinTech applications.
  • Developing prompt templates and workflows for financial data analysis, risk assessment, and customer support.
  • Creating and maintaining prompt libraries for various AI-powered features across our platforms.
  • Integrating AI/LLM capabilities into existing web applications and tools.
  • Testing, evaluating, and iterating on prompt performance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Working with APIs from AI service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.).
  • Collaborating with development team to implement AI features in frontend and backend systems.
  • Developing conversational AI interfaces for customer interactions and financial advisory services.
  • Creating documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows.
  • Conducting A/B testing on different prompt variations to optimize performance.
  • Researching and implementing emerging prompt engineering techniques and methodologies.
  • Ensuring AI outputs comply with financial regulations and ethical guidelines.
