We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team at Highspot. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of our incentive compensation programs for our Sales teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate calculation of commission payments and presentation of commission statements utilizing Xactly.
- Manage and configure data in Xactly, including quotas, employee starts/stops, and LOAs, to ensure utmost accuracy by building and running validation reports.
- Support our commissions inquiry process through prompt handling of tickets and informed and thoughtful responses.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and HR to solve administrative challenges.
- Drive operational efficiency in the sales compensation process.
- Prepare and distribute sales plan documents and track through completion.
- Seek to simplify, streamline, and automate processes and fully leverage system capabilities.
- 5+ years of related work experience in a commissions and/or sales operations position, preferably in a SaaS business.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and commissions tools (Xactly required, others preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including complex nested functions, lookups, pivot tables, and modeling. Experience with macros and VBA is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal across all levels of the company.
- Strong attention to detail and a 'Details Matter' mentality.
