Our team is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead our community environment and drive operational efficiency.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can build a collaborative environment, foster relationships between members, and ensure seamless operations. Your role will be to conceptualize and execute community initiatives that promote CoWrks values and ethos.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming environment for new members and existing community members alike.
  • Conceptualize and implement events that foster relationships between members and promote the CoWrks brand.
  • Work closely with local businesses to plan engagement events and activities that benefit both parties.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of member needs and preferences to continuously improve their experience.
  • Maintain high levels of member satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and excellent communication skills.
  • Manage billing and check-in/check-out processes for hourly and day-pass members.
  • Provide center tours for potential new members and address any concerns they may have.
  • Foster open communication among all stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and effective issue resolution.
  • Conduct data-driven research on members' business objectives to identify services that could aid in achieving those goals.
  • Supervise in-building events to ensure compliance with house rules and escalate any issues promptly.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Collaborate with CoWrks Operations teams to optimize space cleanliness, IT infrastructure, and back-of-house areas.
  • Assist in building policies related to guest registration, security, and building procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to the Community Manager highlighting operational successes and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with Facilities & IT Support teams to resolve member issues efficiently.
  • Implement new initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen CoWrks communities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of CoWrks Center amenities and services to ensure they meet high standards.
  • Submit expense reports for review by the Community Development Council on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate procurement requirements with respective teams in a timely manner.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Maximize desk occupancy through enhanced member experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with CoWrks marketing teams to ensure required visibility for your location.
  • Effectively manage community member leads according to the CoWrks Sales Process.
  • Pursue auxiliary revenue streams through meeting rooms, day passes, virtual offices, event spaces, and other opportunities.
  • Organize walkthroughs and collaborate with the Sales Team to showcase the benefits of CoWrks.
  • Research potential members and develop tailored marketing strategies based on that research.
  • Adhere to established frameworks set by CoWrks while embodying the company's values and ethos.
  • Promote CoWrks offerings across various platforms, including DMS, print, and Connect app.

  • Experience: 2+ Years
