Corporate Communications Director

We are seeking a seasoned CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS EXPERT to spearhead our India operations. This strategic role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with global objectives, to enhance brand presence and positioning in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive external communication strategy in line with global communications agenda.
  • Act as spokesperson and manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Position the organization as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioning.
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale.
  • Develop content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms.
  • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution.
  • Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding.
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
