Role

This role will be responsible for developing and executing long-term communication strategies aligned with the business objectives.

  • Identify key communication opportunities and optimize messaging for impact and relevance.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international media outlets to ensure consistent and accurate media coverage of our achievements, projects, and corporate activities.

  • Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to our reputation.

Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.

  • Foster employee engagement by ensuring transparent and consistent messaging.

Manage communication strategies around CSR initiatives to highlight our contributions to society.

  • Promote sustainability and social responsibility activities to enhance our corporate reputation.
Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
