Job Title: Senior Creative Director

The role of a Senior Creative Director at a leading advertising agency involves leading the design team and executing creative concepts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing creative concepts with copy partners under the direction of the Chief Creative Officer.
  • Designing and visualizing ads, as well as having experience across digital, social, and integrated mediums.
  • Developing quick conceptualization of ideas and identifying creative thinking towards big ideas.
  • Presenting big ideas to clients using various techniques and staying aware of the latest trends in design, web standards, and industry trends.
  • Visualizing concepts and interpreting them into designs, taking ownership of creative work and leading the design team by example.
  • Ensuring the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product and providing insightful, creative executions that positively impact a client's business.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the design team, acting as the main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management.

Requirements include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and good conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills. A Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable design school is an added advantage.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a senior creative director or similar role in a leading advertising agency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of designers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative visions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as design or marketing.
