We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone or email, providing prompt and effective support.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues, ultimately driving long-term customer loyalty.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve service-related concerns, guaranteeing seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Account Support: Offer comprehensive assistance for account setup, documentation, and order processing, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
  • Escalation Management: Effectively manage escalations and maintain proactive communication with customers, providing clear explanations and solutions.
  • New Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients, providing guidance on our services and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, utilizing CRM systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect valuable feedback from customers and share insights with management to continually enhance the customer experience.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are essential for success in this position.
