**Lead Quality Assurance Engineer Wanted**

We're seeking a seasoned QA professional to take the reins as Lead Quality Assurance Engineer. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for career advancement and personal growth within a dynamic team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the QA team, setting quality standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, and BrowserStack.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
  • Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend applications.
  • Performance testing experience using JMeter, K6, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience working in startups and remote teams.
Bonus Points For
  • Infrastructure testing experience using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Mobile automation testing expertise.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Load and stress testing experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with test management tools.

  • Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
