Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Quality Assurance to lead our quality management system, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive quality excellence and make a lasting impact on our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective quality audit processes to ensure compliance with GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate vendor qualification activities, internal audits, and regulatory inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Oversee investigations of non-conformances and ensure effective corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) management.
  • Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for change management, deviation management, incidents, complaint handling, and CAPA management.
  • Provide quality guidance to product development projects and programs to ensure quality excellence.
  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular internal audits, training, and review to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality standards, including ISO 9001 and FDA guidelines.
  • Experience in quality assurance, auditing, and regulatory compliance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members to achieve quality excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
