**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to oversee daily quality assurance operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Manage quality audits and produce quality reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Train staff on quality procedures
  • Address customer concerns and enhance product quality

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control skills
  • Experience with industry standards and regulatory compliance
  • Skills in conducting quality audits and producing quality reports
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Lead QMS initiatives (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
  • Drive defect analysis, root cause resolution & process improvement
  • Oversee supplier quality & customer complaint management
  • Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Mentor and build a strong QA/QC team
  • Strong knowledge of SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & 8D tools
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills
  • BE /B.tech in Electronics / Electrical
  • 10-15 years' experience in Quality Management within EMS/electronics
