Job Opportunity:
Customer Support Expert- We seek a skilled Customer Support Specialist to respond, diagnose, and resolve customer queries via various communication channels.
- Our ideal candidate will maintain high response and resolution speed while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
- Using our comprehensive knowledge base, the successful candidate will provide customer-facing root cause assessments and timely updates on issue progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Proficient typing skills with a minimum of 60-80 words per minute are required.
- Troubleshooting experience, including diagnosing complex issues with SOP documents, is a must.
- The successful candidate should have support experience, including familiarity with support methodologies and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL principles is necessary.
- A minimum of six months of experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk environments would be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, and Appsheet, would be beneficial.
- Google Workspace Administrator certification is an asset but not a requirement.
