About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to lead our social media presence, drive engagement and ensure our brand voice resonates across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and audience needs.
  • Content Creation & Shoot Coordination: Plan, organize and coordinate high-quality content shoots to create engaging brand content.
  • Content Curation & Posting: Curate, edit and publish timely content across all relevant social media platforms ensuring consistency.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Voice: Manage interactions with followers, respond to queries and maintain a strong brand voice.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics, prepare reports and derive insights to optimize strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools and platform updates, integrate them into strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Experience in coordinating shoots and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights.
