About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Vizuara. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth in Maharashtra, with a focus on the Pune region.

Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue by interacting with key decision-makers in schools and conducting product demonstrations. You will also be accountable for achieving targets of school closures and revenue generation for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Individual Contributor Role
Regularly visit schools and interact with key decision-makers to promote our products and services.
2. Product Demonstration
Conduct solo product demonstrations with clients to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
3. Account Closures
Achieve targets of number of school closures and revenue generation for the company.
4. Proactive
Be extremely proactive with daily visits, communication with managers, and documentation.
5. Role Ownership
Take complete ownership of the role and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. 3-5 years of experience in Sales Ed-Tech B2B Sector.
2. Highly proactive with proven sales skills.
3. Generated more than 50 lakhs of business for at least 2 years.
