Regional Debt Manager


Job Description:

Tata Capital Ltd is looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Regional Debt Manager - Retail MFB - Collections. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing debt management operations across various locations.

You will set performance goals and targets for these locations, monitor their performance, and provide support and guidance to location managers and employees to help them meet these objectives.

In addition, you will conduct regular meetings with location managers to discuss performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, as well as ensure compliance with company standards.
