We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (as per applicable standards).
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Companies Act, etc.).
- Preparing and coordinating for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
- Providing monthly MIS reports to management (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis).
- Managing vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitoring receivables, credit terms, and follow-up for collections.
- Maintaining aging reports and ensuring working capital discipline.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and strong background in these areas make you an ideal candidate. Professional certifications like CPA are also preferred. If you have the skills and experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
