Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our financial operations team.

Job Description

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring timely reconciliations, and supporting valuation processes.

You will also prepare and review financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings, while staying updated with regulations and adhering to accounting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within broking, mutual fund, or PMS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory norms.
  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Busywin by Comtek preferred) and MS Office.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
