Technical Leadership Role

Seeking a technical lead to contribute to and direct the efforts of development teams, including internal and external team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, modifying, implementing, and supporting software components across the entire software stack.

  • Design and develop software components with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify and resolve complex software issues through thorough analysis and practical solutions.
  • Remain up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for adoption as necessary.
  • Assist in task planning, estimation, and scheduling to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Mentor junior software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge through coaching and training opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates are required to possess the following mandatory skills to be eligible for assessment:

  • 4-10 years of IT experience with 3+ years of Guidewire integration development experience (preferably forms integration).
  • Experience in integration components, including APIs, web services, and data mappings.
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and related technologies.
  • Experience in the Insurance domain with respect to commercial and personal lines of business.
  • Agile/Scrum project experience.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and mathematical skills.
