Senior Technical Lead - Software Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to lead and mentor our software engineering team in designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performing microservices-based solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Java and Spring Boot technologies, with experience in architecting and implementing mobile applications using React Native, React JS, and front-end technologies.
  • They will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, with a strong focus on quality, security, and performance.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 12 years of experience in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design microservices-based solutions that meet the organization's needs for scalability, resilience, and high performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for microservices architecture, including design documents, technical specifications, and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of end-to-end backend solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring they adhere to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Overall 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
  • Experience with microservices design and implementation using React Native, React JS and front-end technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
