Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of a team, including assisting in training new employees, reviewing the high-performing team, and developing work schedules and tasks. The successful candidate will also participate in design and code reviews to improve quality and troubleshoot production issues within agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High technical credibility and strong programming skills
  • Experience in Java frameworks, especially Spring Framework
  • In-depth knowledge of software development principles and design patterns
  • Sound technical foundation of single and multi-tier architecture
  • Proficiency in Java, data structures and algorithms, collections and concurrency
  • Solid experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers for Oracle databases
  • Proficient using source code management tools such as Git/bitbucket and build tools like Maven
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
  • Strong Experience in Unix/Linux basic commands
