Financial Accuracy Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Accuracy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our business by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Timely Delivery: Meet the invoice delivery deadlines to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Customer Portal Entry: Enter invoices into customer web portals for efficient processing.
  • Electronic Submission: Submit invoices electronically via data interchange for secure and fast processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance is preferred.
  • Experience: 0-1.5 years of experience in invoicing is required.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical and logical thinking, hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table).
