Financial Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
They will also ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns, TDS payments, income tax provisions, and other financial compliances.

- Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns, TDS payments, income tax provisions, and other financial compliances.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory).
- Professional certification in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Technical skills: Indian Accounting Standards, financial controls, Tally ERP, MS Excel.
- Soft skills: attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving, communication, teamwork.
