Job Title: Financial Advisory Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Advisory Specialist to join our team. This role will involve leading advisory engagements for Indian and foreign Multi-National Companies (MNCs), managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring strategic execution and regulatory compliance.

  • The successful candidate will have expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Taxation and be responsible for managing advisory engagements involving mergers, demergers, business and share acquisitions, investment structuring, and joint ventures.
  • They will support clients throughout the business lifecycle by conducting detailed quantitative analysis, managing seamless execution of plans, and applying effective structuring strategies to help achieve their commercial and strategic goals.
  • Other key responsibilities include ideating on tax structuring options for multinational clients, evaluating India inbound structuring options, and managing end-to-end regulatory compliance processes for acquisitions.
