We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Compliance Financial Specialist. This role requires a strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding statutory filings, compliance, and financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns with government agencies.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in finance operations, statutory filings, and financial statements preparation.
  • In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, income tax provisions, TDS regulations, GST laws, and financial reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance filings.
