Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our innovative sustainability division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, managing compliance with labor laws and company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory labor laws and Factory Act provisions
  • Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale
  • Address employee grievances through structured procedures
  • Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and drive effective recruitment
  • Lead onboarding, training, and capability-building programs to align with business needs
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring timely appraisals, constructive feedback, and career development
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity
  • Oversee plant administration, including transport, travel, office management, and facility management
  • Act as a strategic partner in plant operations, change management, and timely project completion
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to implement HR policies, systems, and best practices
  • Supervise security services and CSR activities at the plant

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent)
  • 3–5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance, and contract workforce management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change
  • Crisis management and problem-solving ability
  • High integrity, resilience, and business acumen
