
Human Resource Manager

We are looking for an accomplished Human Resource Manager to drive our organization's strategic growth. This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations while balancing recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organization, including sales executives, site engineers, marketing professionals, customer relationship managers, and corporate staff. They will develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and networking within the industry. The incumbent will conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection. They must ensure recruitment timelines are met without compromising on quality. Maintenance and tracking of recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rate is also required.
- Onboarding & Induction
The selected candidate will design and deliver structured onboarding programs tailored to different functions (sales, site, back office). They will conduct orientation sessions to align new hires with company policies, processes, and culture. The person in this role will ensure smooth integration of employees through buddy programs and probation review processes.
- Performance Management
Assistance in implementing performance management systems (KRA/KPI based for sales & site staff) is necessary. The incumbent will support managers in conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews. They will monitor underperformance cases and recommend corrective actions or training interventions. Collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data to management for decision-making purposes is also required.
- Training & Development
The candidate will identify skill gaps through performance reviews and employee feedback. Coordination of training workshops on sales techniques, customer handling, compliance, and soft skills is needed. Tracking of training effectiveness through assessments and follow-ups is also required. Collaboration with external trainers or institutes for specialized programs is essential.
- HR Operations & Compliance
Maintenance of accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases is necessary. Handling of payroll inputs and coordination with the finance team to ensure error-free salary disbursement is required. Compliance with all labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH, etc.) is also necessary. Preparation of HR MIS reports (attrition, headcount, hiring status) for management review is required.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Planning and execution of engagement initiatives (festivals, recognition programs, team activities) is necessary. Building of communication channels that promote transparency and trust is also required. Conducting regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys is necessary. Development of reward & recognition programs for sales achievements, project milestones, and loyalty is required.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Service as the go-to HR contact for employee queries and issues is necessary. Handling of grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with sensitivity and fairness is required. Support in exit processes (resignation, clearance, exit interviews) and analysis of attrition patterns is necessary.Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience (real estate, construction, or sales-driven industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
