Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Human Resource professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutes in India.
  • Expertise in Payroll Management, MIS Reports and Compliance Audits.
  • Strong background in Human Resource Administration, Recruitment and Employee Engagement.
  • Employee Welfare and Insurance handling including Full and Final Settlements, EPF Settlements and Cess Assessment.
  • Proficiency in procuring Licenses and staying updated with amendments.
  • Handling clearance of Labour Notices under Statutory bodies.
  • Conducting internal statutory audits at project sites.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, methodical and process-driven, independent, proactive and initiative-taking, with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications: Any Degree or Post Graduate qualification.
