Senior HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic people practices and align them with business goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead all HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage industrial relations (IR) and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
  • Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
  • Ensure health, safety, and welfare regulations are met in line with factory operations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background and a minimum of 15 years of experience.
  • A deep understanding of labor laws, IR, and statutory compliance.
