Global Cybersecurity Leader

We seek a seasoned cybersecurity expert to spearhead our enterprise security strategy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Cyber Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and Cryptography. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience managing security at a large global scale and staying ahead of evolving security threats and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end security architectures across enterprise applications, cloud, and infrastructure.
  • Define secure software development practices, conduct security assessments, and ensure compliance with industry security standards.
  • Establish cloud security frameworks for AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring robust protection for multi-cloud environments.
  • Deploy and manage advanced endpoint security solutions and DLP mechanisms to protect sensitive data.
  • Implement and optimize IDS/IPS technologies to detect and prevent advanced threats.
  • Define cryptographic policies and implement secure encryption techniques.
  • Leverage AI-driven security solutions to detect anomalies, automate responses, and predict emerging threats.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2, CSA Star, FedRamp, PCI DSS and conduct regular security audits.
  • Actively participate in and lead incident response efforts, forensics analysis, and root cause investigations for security breaches.
  • Partner with engineering, IT, compliance, and executive leadership to align security with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Overall 15 years of experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Security, with at least 3 years in a security architecture leadership role.
  • Expertise in security frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP).
  • Hands-on experience with modern security tools such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, CASB, and Zero Trust architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native security controls (AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, GCP Security Command Center).
  • Demonstrated experience with measuring security and improving security posture.
  • Experience with AI-driven security solutions and automation for threat detection and response.
  • Deep understanding of cryptographic techniques, PKI, and data encryption standards.
  • Track record of securing global-scale environments with complex security challenges.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, OSCP, or relevant cloud security certifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
