Transfer Pricing ExpertiseLead and manage transfer pricing projects, providing training to junior team members, and ensuring seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms.The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, strong analytical, research, and communication abilities, and familiarity with benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis. A CA or equivalent degree with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead transfer pricing projects under established processes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on transfer pricing matters.
  • Identify international transactions, draft FAR analysis, and conduct benchmarking analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and study reports.
  • Support the tax team during audits by filing forms like 3CEB, 15CA, 15CB, and other related issues.
  • Ensure seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms (Master File, CbCR, etc.).
  • Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in both India and the UAE, catering to a global clientele.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Expertise in data analysis using MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis.
  • A CA or equivalent degree with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing.

As a seasoned transfer pricing expert, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex transfer pricing projects, providing guidance to junior team members, and ensuring seamless compliance with various regulatory requirements.

With a strong background in data analysis, you will play a key role in identifying international transactions, drafting FAR analysis, and conducting benchmarking analysis.
